The Raiders hosted Lafayette Jeff on Tuesday night for senior night. 10 players and student assistants were honored and celebrated. After the senior night festivities, the Raiders would be on the attack the the rest of the night. The Raiders opened the scoring about 20 minutes into the contest on a beautiful assist from senior Rhett Cochran to goal scorer and senior Russell Weaver. Minutes later the Raiders were awarded a PK in which Diego Cruz converted his opportunity from the spot to take a 2-0 lead before the intermission. The Raiders continued to get a number of shots in the 2nd half, but couldn't capitalize due to the great efforts of the Bronchos defense and goalie. The Raiders tabbed another shutout with Seniors Seth Leedy, Ethan Potetz, Max Gaylord, and Alejandro Pacheco anchoring the back line. The defense along with standout GK Marshall Crowell secured their 3rd shutout of the season moving their record to 2-2-3. The Raiders will travel to Guerin Catholic on Thursday to take on the Class 2A #1 ranked Eagles.
